"We were in the process of having our kitchen floor replaced in our 115 year old home, when it was discovered that there was some structural deterioration that needed attention. The flooring people were not equipped to handle the re-constructive procedure. Lisa Reynolds, owner of Dimension Design & Construction, was in the process of designing an addition to our house at the time of the kitchen problem. She took charge of the kitchen situation and immediately had the structural problem resolved so the work could continue. She was also able to take care of plumbing and electrical needs related to the kitchen, as well.

Dimension Design & Construction was recommended as a great builder to add an addition onto our home. We have lived in our home for 20 +years and we needed a larger closet and a new master bath. Lisa, Took our old bath and redesigned it into a large walk in closet and added an addition with a new master bath and laundry area. The process was very fast and skillfully completed in less than 4 weeks as promised.
Lisa also rescreened our porch, upgraded our tile in the bathroom with a green onxy accent that was just gorgeous! (and did this all under our original budget for the project). My Husband and I purchased a spec house from Dimension Design & Construction. We moved from Rockingham and we wanted to live on the golf course in Foxfire. We saw this beautiful home under construction, it was an open plan, perfect square footage with many nice features. Let me just say that this home did not look like a typical spec house. Lisa used nice fixtures and finishes.
The contract was signed and soon after, we sold our home in Rockingham. Closing on a home was not something we were familier with but Lisa helped us and put us in touch with one of her bankers and together we closed on time. Lisa was on top of every detail from the construction, to design of the interior finishes, to the closing with her closing attorney and helping us secure financing.
